Amazing Ads!

Here are some pretty amazing ads for AT&T. These are done by hand with only hands, if that makes any sense. Take a look at the pictures, they speak for themselves. Someone really spent a lot of time on these!

Funny garage door covers

Here's a little fun you can have with your neighbors. People have designed garage door covers made of plastic to hang on your garage. There are a lot to choose from, and they all look very real. These would be really fun to design and make, let alone prank your friends. They go for $200-$500....... in case you want to get one.  Enjoy!

Just one line...

This is a picture of Jesus drawn with just one line. At certain parts the line gets thicker and thinner, but it begins in the middle and spirals outward. It is copyrighted in the year 1884. It is pretty amazing that someone spent all this time, and it came out so well!

Graphic design from the skies in the 20's...and a bit of trivia.

Here's an example of graphic design from the 1920's.  Postal planes flew across the country from San Francisco to New York, but had no way of knowing where they were going.  Because of this, congress funded these giant 70ft long yellow painted arrows made of concrete. They were placed about 10-20 miles apart across the country, and each was accompanied by a 50ft tall tower equipped with a bright light to shine down on the arrow.  These could be seen from up to 40 miles away, and each arrow pointed to the next.  The towers are now gone because of the need of the steel in WWII, but the arrows remain, laid out across the midwest.
